MEET OUR PEOPLE:
Kasa's eight-person management team is made up:

Peter Charowhas: Peter has been with Kasa for two years, and is the company's Vice President of Finance. Prior to Kasa, Peter served in the US Navy for 5 years, worked in both large corporate and public accounting in St. Louis for 6 years, and was the owner/manager of two family businesses; a medical practice and a multi-line new car dealership for 4 years. Peter was educated at Kansas State University and the University of Missouri.

Terry Haden: Terry has been with Kasa for 14 years and serves as the Vice President of Sales at Kasa Fab, Inc. Prior to Kasa, Terry was the Safety Manager at a large battery manufacturing plant for 10 years, and uses his expertise in safety as his second role as Kasa's Safety Director. Terry was educated at Kansas State University.

Mike Haug: Mike has been with Kasa for over 20 years, and during his stay has served as Draftsman, CAD Operator, Estimator, Salesman, Sales Manager, Vice President, President and currently is CEO. Prior to Kasa, Mike was a Police Officer and Civil Engineer. Mike was educated at Marymount College, Hutchinson Community Junior College, and Kansas State University.

Doug Oliphant: Doug has been with Kasa for 18 years, and is currently the Vice President of Engineering. During his tenure, Doug has worked as Controls Engineer, Senior Controls Engineer, Project Engineer and Project Manager. Today, Doug is responsible for recruiting engineering talent, training, and running large projects. Doug was educated at Kansas State University.

Steve Reed: Steve has been with Kasa for 18 years and is currently the Vice President of Sales at Kasa Industrial Controls, Inc. Steve has served as CAD Operator, Controls Engineer, Senior Controls Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Estimator and Salesman. Steve has also been responsible for overseeing Kasa's non-automotive projects and sales. Steve was educated at Kansas State University.

Craig Richardson: Craig has been with Kasa for three years, and served as a Salesman and an Estimator prior to his current role as the Vice President of Production for both Kasa Industrial Controls, Inc. and Kasa Fab, Inc. Prior to Kasa, Craig served as a helicopter pilot for the US Army for 21 years and has served in three separate foreign engagements. Craig was educated at Upper Iowa University.

Jerry Severns: Jerry has been with Kasa for two years and is currently the Vice President of Project Management. Jerry's role is to oversee all Kasa projects in both the automotive and non-automotive markets. Prior to Kasa, Jerry worked as a Service Supervisor for a large plastic extrusion manufacturer. Jerry was educated at Beloit Technical School.

Dan Stutterheim: Dan has been with Kasa for 14 years and during his stay has served as Salesman, Estimator, Project Manager, and is currently the President. Prior to Kasa, Dan was a teacher and coach for public secondary schools. Dan was educated at Baylor University and the University of Texas at Dallas.
