Upon completion, your control system is tested for wiring correctness to your design, and may also be subjected to a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to assure of the ultimate in quality and reliability. Thus, saving time and money in the field.

Craftsmanship
For Kasa, control panel design and assembly is about craftsmanship and not expediency. We select components from a wide range of quality vendors that best suit the application. The interior and exterior are meticulously laid out and wired with artisan skill.

Custom Enclosures
Kasa has the ability to fabricate its own custom enclosures and consoles. From small operator panels to 12-door, 90" high enclosures, we do it all. This allows Kasa the flexibility to design and build panels to match existing equipment, and meet environmental requirements.

All components and graphic symbols are identified with color and coordinated custom engraved nameplates.

Quality Control
Kasa is ISO 9001 certified and a UL & C-UL 508A panel shop allowing labeling when required. Assemblies are built to NFPA-70 (NEC) requirements and NFPA-79 if necessary.
