Finalist for Kansas Exporter of the Year
The Kansas International Trade Coordinating Council (KITCC) has selected, Kasa Industrial Controls as a FINALIST for this year's Kansas Exporter of the Year. Each year, the Governor’s Exporter of the Year Award is presented to a Kansas company for exceptional international marketing success. This award encourages the growth of the state’s international commerce by showcasing successful exporters as role models to the Kansas business community. Kasa Industrial Controls forms Joint Venture: Kasa Anlagen
Expanding our global footprint in providing automation and controls solutions, Kasa has entered into a joint venture with Elektro Anlagen of India, forming Kasa Anlagen (www.kasaanlagen.com).
Addressing a press conference on January 27, 2011, Sundarram Balaji, Managing Director of Elektro Anlagen said the conversion into a joint venture would help the company expand its global footprint and offer new solutions. Dan Stutterheim, President of Kasa Controls said the joint venture would emerge as a total solutions provider for electric and electronic needs of companies across the canvas. Kansas Feedyard
Kasa is automating an existing feedyard batching system that has two stationary mixers and a liquid scale. We are providing message marquees above each mixer and wireless touch screen control and graphics in the yard’s front end loader for controlling the batching system ingredient conveyors and rations (recipes).
Powder Paint System

Grain Elevator Installs Kasa's Software to Automate and Monitor
Grain Journal recently featured an article about a grain elevator in Gothenburg, NE that used Kasa Industrial Controls for automation when they expanded their facility.
The improved system allows all elevator functions to be operated from any of three workstations located in their office. Steve Costello, Grain Division Manager for All Points Cooperative states, "The system has a power management function that allows the system to balance the load in the event of a power surge and to operate certain systems to avoid peak hours. It also provides an operation hisory, tracks hours of service, and alerts you when any piece of equipment needs routine maintenance. " Read the article

AgMark expedites operations at grain terminal with reliable control system by Kasa Industrial Controls. AgMark, located in North Central Kansas, receives crops from 30 elevators through the region. To keep pace with busy operations, in 2006 AgMark decided to expand their facility and to automate more of their operations.
Personnel can load a railcar in one location and unload grain at a truck pit elsewhere simultaneously.
