Your plant gains productivity when using Kasa's team of diversified engineers. One of our projects, that we call "The Pig-O-Matic", created a one-month return on investment for Seaboard Foods. Alignment of the carcass with the rest of the pig was essential to meet FDA requirements. Animal bodies are not exactly the same size which resulted in synchronization problems. Our engineers analyzed the problem and provided a solution, resulting in fewer stops which increased their throughput.

 

Another project that many plants can utilize is collecting supervisory data. This project allows the plant to monitor the production of each line, identifying bottlenecks and throughput problems.
